TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. The Spend & Win Promotion is valid from 9 – 22 March 2026 at Al Jimi Mall.
  2. Spend AED 200 at any store(s) in Al Jimi Mall, enter the electronics draw portal for a chance to win the following:
    10 winners - AED 10,000 each Aldar Gift Cards.
    Grand prize – 1 winner wins AED 50,000 Aldar Gift Card.
    Total 11 Winners
  3. Multiple receipts of smaller value can be combined to reach minimum spending criteria if they are within the duration of the promotion.
  4. Customers are required to enter the draw by themselves on the dedicated Spend & Win web portal for the promotion by scanning the QR Code mentioned on all in-mall collaterals, on the tent cards at the cash counters of individual retail outlets, and at the mall’s Customer Service Desk.
  5. Carrefour receipts value of no more than AED 100 will be accepted on the Spend & Win portal. Receipts must exclude foreign exchange and utility/service provider bill payments.
  6. Entry into the e-draw is open to customers who are aged 18 years and above only.
    Aldar Retail Management reserves the right to withdraw prizes from customers who are under 18 years of age.
  7. Customers receive 1 e-coupon with every minimum spend at Al Jimi Mall within the duration of the promotion.
  8. The electronic prize draw will be conducted after Eid Al Fitr by an authorized representative from the Department of Economic Development (DED), Abu Dhabi.
  9. All e-draws will be performed through a randomizer on the Spend & Win portal within the regulation of the Department of Economic Development, Abu Dhabi.
  10. All e-draws will be supervised by the Department of Economic Development, Abu Dhabi
  11. Winner(s) will be notified by Al Jimi Mall Customer Service Team.
  12. It is mandatory for winners to visit Al Jimi Mall Customer Service Desk to complete the validation procedure to claim the prize.
  13. It is mandatory for winner(s) to have their photo / video taken by the Al Jimi Mall team to be posted publicly on Al Jimi Mall’s social media pages (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube etc).
  14. To be able to claim the prize, winners will be required to present their original shopping receipts (that were uploaded to enter the draw), along with a Valid ID (Emirates ID or Passport) at Al Jimi Mall Customer Service Desk to verify their entry.
  15. Aldar Retail Management reserves the right to reject customers from participation or from winning, if terms and conditions of participation are not met.
  16. Once a customer is declared a winner, they are not entitled to win again during this promotion.
  17. Prizes cannot be exchanged, replaced, transferred, or refunded for cash, either in full or in part.
  18. Aldar Retail Management will not be held responsible for any loss or damage of prizes after winners receive them.
  19. Any prizes unclaimed after 30 days of the winner being notified by email and/or SMS of the win will be conclusively forfeited, and such forfeiture shall be dealt with in accordance by Aldar Retail Management within applicable laws as per Abu Dhabi Department of Economic Development (DED).
  20. Customer data collected during participation will be used by Aldar Retail Management for future communication purpose.
  21. Employees of Aldar group and any of its Mall’s retail staff, their immediate family members or their contractual suppliers, advertising and PR agencies are not eligible to enter this promotion.
  22. Aldar Retail Management reserves the right to withhold prize(s) for any irregularities found in the customer information provided and/or ineligibility is reserved with the authority in charge at the location in coordination with the Department of Economic Development, Abu Dhabi.
  23. Aldar Retail Management’s decision in relation to any aspect of the instant electronic draw is final and binding on every person entering the instant electronic draw in coordination with the Department of Economic Development, Abu Dhabi; no correspondence will be entertained.
  24. Aldar Retail Management reserves the right to cancel or amend any terms and conditions at any time without prior intimation and in coordination with the Department of Economic Development, Abu Dhabi. Any such changes will be deemed to be incorporated into these terms and conditions.
  25. Aldar Retail Management will not be responsible for any entries not received for any reason by the start of the promotion, whether lost, delayed, damaged or otherwise, and whether due to any technical difficulties or malfunctions.
  26. By entering this promotion, the customer has accepted all the above terms and conditions.

الجيمي مول أنفق وأربح

الشروط والأحكام

  1. يسري عرض أنفق واربح من 9 – 22 مارس 2026، في الجيمي مول فقط.
  2. أنفق 200 درهم في أي متجر (متاجر) في الجيمي مول، وادخل على بوابة السحب الإلكترونية لفرصة الفوز بما يلي:
    10 فائزين – يحصل كل منهم على بطاقة هدايا من الدار بقيمة 10,000 درهم.
    الجائزة الكبرى – فائز واحد يحصل على بطاقة هدايا من الدار بقيمة 50,000 درهم.
    إجمالي عدد الفائزين: 11 فائزًا.
  3. يمكن جمع عدد من الإيصالات ذات قيمة أصغر للوصول إلى الحد الأدنى من الإنفاق، طالما أنها ضمن مدة العرض الترويجي.
  4. يتعين على العملاء التسجيل في السحب بأنفسهم عبر البوابة الإلكترونية المخصصة لحملة «تسوّق واربح»، وذلك من خلال مسح رمز الاستجابة السريعة (QR Code) المتوفر على جميع المواد الترويجية داخل المول، وعلى بطاقات الطاولات الموجودة عند صناديق الدفع في متاجر التجزئة المشاركة، وكذلك لدى مكتب خدمة العملاء في المول.
  5. سيتم قبول إيصالات التسوق من كارفور و بقيمة لا تزيد عن 100 درهم على منصة " تسوق واربح". تُستثنى إيصالات مدفوعات فواتير الصرافة ومدفوعات فواتير مزودي الخدمات.
  6. الدخول في السحب الإلكتروني متاح للزوار الذين تبلغ أعمارهم 18 عاماً فما فوق فقط.
    تحتفظ إدارة مراكز الدار للتسوّق بالحق في سحب الجائزة من أي عميل يقل عمره عن 18 عامًا.
  7. سيحصل الزوار على قسيمة إلكترونية واحدة مع كل حد أدنى للإنفاق في الجيمي مول، خلال مدة العرض الترويجي.
  8. سيتم إجراء السحب الإلكتروني على الجوائز بعد عيد الفطر، بحضور ممثل معتمد من دائرة التنمية الاقتصادية – أبوظبي.
  9. سيتم إجراء جميع السحوبات الإلكترونية الفورية من خلال نظام اختيار عشوائي عبر بوابة عرض "تسوق واربح" بما يتوافق مع قواعد دائرة التنمية الاقتصادية في أبوظبي.
  10. سيتم الإشراف على جميع السحوبات من قبل دائرة التنمية الاقتصادية في أبوظبي
  11. سيقوم فريق خدمة العملاء في الجيمي مول بإخطار الفائزين.
  12. يجب على الفائزين زيارة مكتب خدمة العملاء في الجيمي مول لإكمال الإجراءات اللازمة للحصول على الجائزة.
  13. يلتزم الفائزين بالتقاط صور/مقاطع فيديو خاصة بهم من قبل فريق الجيمي مول ليتم نشرها علنا على صفحات وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي الخاصة بالجيمي مول (إنستغرام ، فيسبوك ، يوتيوب .. إلخ).
  14. للمطالبة بالجائزة، سيُطلب من الفائزين تقديم إيصالات التسوق الأصلية (التي تم تحميلها من قبل الزائر للدخول في السحب)، بالإضافة إلى بطاقة هوية سارية (الهوية الإماراتية أو جواز السفر) في مكتب خدمة العملاء في الجيمي مول للتحقّق من أهليتهم.
  15. تحتفظ إدارة مراكز الدار للتسوّق بالحق في رفض مشاركة أو فوز الزوار في حال عدم استيفائهم لشروط وأحكام المشاركة.
  16. بمجرد إعلان العميل فائزاً، لا يحق له الفوز مرة أخرى خلال فترة العرض.
  17. لا يمكن استبدال الجوائز التي تم الفوز بها أو استرداد قيمتها النقدية بشكل كلي أو جزئي.
  18. لن تتحمل إدارة مراكز الدار للتسوّق المسؤولية عن أي خسارة أو تلف في الجوائز بعد استلامها من قبل الفائزين.
  19. ستتم مصادرة أي جوائز لم يطالب بها الفائزون بعد مرور 30 يوماً من إخطار الفائز عن طريق البريد الإلكتروني و/أو الرسائل النصية القصيرة .
    وتتم هذه المصادرة وفقاً لإدارة مراكز الدار للتسوّق ضمن القوانين المعمول بها وفقاً لدائرة التنمية الاقتصادية في أبوظبي.
  20. سيتم استخدام بيانات الزوار التي تم جمعها أثناء المشاركة من قبل إدارة مراكز الدار للتسوّق لأغراض التواصل في المستقبل.
  21. موظفو "الدار العقارية" وأي من أصحاب المحلات في المول أو أفراد أسرهم المباشرين أو مورديهم المتعاقدين ووكالات الإعلان والعلاقات العامة, غير مؤهلين للمشاركة في هذا العرض الترويجي.
  22. تحتفظ إدارة مراكز الدار للتسوّق بالحق في حرمان أي من الفائزين من الجائزة حال وقوع اشتباه في عملية احتيال أو مخالفات في معلومات الزائر المقدمة و/ أو عدم الأهلية، تحت إشراف السُلطة المسؤولة في الموقع بالتنسيق مع دائرة التنمية الاقتصادية في أبوظبي.
  23. يعتبر قرار إدارة مراكز الدار للتسوّق فيما يتعلق بأي جانب من جوانب السحب الإلكتروني الفوري نهائياً وملزماً لكل شخص يدخل السحب الإلكتروني الفوري بالتنسيق مع دائرة التنمية الاقتصادية في أبوظبي. ولن يتمّ قبول أي مراسلات.
  24. تحتفظ إدارة مراكز الدار للتسوّق بالحق في إلغاء أو تعديل أي شروط وأحكام في أي وقت دون إشعار مسبق وبالتنسيق مع دائرة التنمية الاقتصادية في أبوظبي. سيتم اعتبار أي تغييرات من هذا القبيل تابعة لهذه الشروط والأحكام.
  25. لن تكون إدارة مراكز الدار للتسوّق مسؤولة عن أي مشاركات لم يتم استلامها لأي سبب من الأسباب في بداية العرض الترويجي، سواء كانت مفقودة، أو متأخرة أو تالفة أو غير ذلك، وسواء كانت ذلك بسبب أي صعوبات أو أعطال فنية.
  26. من خلال الاشتراك في هذا العرض، يوافق العميل على جميع الشروط والأحكام المذكورة أعلاه.
