YAS MALL SPEND & WIN TERMS & CONDITIONS
9 MARCH TO 22 MAR 2026

  1. The Spend & Win Promotion is valid from 9th-22nd March 2026 at Yas Mall.
  2. Spend AED 300 at any store(s) in Yas Mall, enter the electronics draw portal for a chance to win the following:
    • Daily prizes – three (3) winners daily win AED 10,000 Aldar Gift Cards.
    • Grand prize – 1 winner wins AED 100,000 Aldar Gift Card.
  3. Multiple receipts of smaller value can be combined to reach minimum spend criteria if they are within the duration of the promotion.
  4. Customers are required to enter the draw by themselves on the dedicated Spend & Win web portal for the promotion by scanning the QR Code mentioned on all in-mall collaterals, on the tent cards at the cash counters of individual retail outlets, and at the mall’s Customer Service Desk.
  5. Carrefour & Waitrose receipts value of no more than AED 100 will be accepted on the Spend & Win portal. Receipts must exclude foreign exchange and utility/service provider bill payments.
  6. Entry into the e-draw is open to customers who are aged 18 years and above only.

    Aldar Retail Management reserves the right to withdraw prizes from customers who are under 18 years of age.
  7. Customers receive 1 e-coupon with every minimum spend at Yas Mall within the duration of the promotion.
  8. Electronic draws (e-draws) for daily prizes will be taking place starting March 10 – 23, 2026. Electronic draw for the grand prize will be held on 23rd March 2026.
  9. From 10 March to 23rd March 2026, three daily prize winners will be drawn. Additionally, on 23rd March 2026, one grand prize winner will be drawn.
  10. A total of 43 unique winners will win across 14 days.
  11. All e-draws will be performed through a randomizer on the Spend & Win portal within the regulation of the Department of Economic Development, Abu Dhabi.
  12. All e-draws will be supervised by the Department of Economic Development, Abu Dhabi.
  13. Winner(s) will be notified by Yas Mall Customer Service Team.
  14. It is mandatory for winners to visit Yas Mall Customer Service Desk to complete the validation procedure to claim the prize.
  15. It is mandatory for winner(s) to have their photo / video taken by the Yas Mall team to be posted publicly on Yas Mall’s social media pages (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube etc).
  16. To be able to claim the prize, winners will be required to present their original shopping receipts (that were uploaded to enter the draw), along with a Valid ID (Emirates ID or Passport) at Yas Mall Customer Service Desk to verify their entry.
  17. Aldar Retail Management reserves the right to reject customers from participation or from winning, if terms and conditions of participation are not met.
  18. Once a customer is declared a winner, they are not entitled to win again during this promotion.
  19. Prizes won cannot be exchanged or refunded for cash in part or full.
  20. Prizes won cannot be changed, replaced, exchanged or transferred.
  21. Aldar Retail Management will not be held responsible for any loss or damage of prizes after winners receive them.
  22. Any prizes unclaimed after 30 days of the winner being notified by email and/or SMS of the win will be conclusively forfeited, and such forfeitures shall be dealt with in accordance by Aldar Retail Management within applicable laws as per Abu Dhabi Department of Economic Development (DED).
  23. Customer data collected during participation will be used by Aldar Retail Management for future communication purpose.
  24. Employees of Aldar group and any of its Mall’s retail staff, their immediate family members or their contractual suppliers, advertising and PR agencies are not eligible to enter this promotion.
  25. Aldar Retail Management reserves the right to withhold prize(s) for any irregularities found in the customer information provided and/or ineligibility is reserved with the authority in charge at the location in coordination with the Department of Economic Development, Abu Dhabi.
  26. Aldar Retail Management’s decision in relation to any aspect of the instant electronic draw is final and binding on every person entering the instant electronic draw in coordination with the Department of Economic Development, Abu Dhabi; no correspondence will be entertained.
  27. Aldar Retail Management reserves the right to cancel or amend any terms and conditions at any time without prior intimation and in coordination with the Department of Economic Development, Abu Dhabi. Any such changes will be deemed to be incorporated into these terms and conditions.
  28. Aldar Retail Management will not be responsible for any entries not received for any reason by the start of the promotion, whether lost, delayed, damaged or otherwise, and whether due to any technical difficulties or malfunctions.
  29. By entering this promotion, the customer has accepted all the above terms and conditions.

ياس مول أنفق وأربح - الشروط والأحكام
9-22 مارس 2026

  1. يسري عرض أنفق واربح من 9 – 22 مارس 2026 في ياس مول فقط.
  2. أنفق 300 درهم في أي متجر (متاجر) في ياس مول، وادخل على بوابة السحب الإلكترونية لفرصة الفوز بما يلي:
    • الجوائز اليومية: ثلاثة (3) فائزين يوميًا يحصل كل منهم على بطاقة هدايا من الدار بقيمة 10,000 درهم إماراتي.
    • الجائزة الكبرى: فائز واحد يحصل على بطاقة هدايا من الدار بقيمة 100,000 درهم إماراتي.
  3. يمكن جمع عدد من الإيصالات ذات قيمة أصغر للوصول إلى الحد الأدنى من الإنفاق، طالما أنها ضمن مدة العرض الترويجي.
  4. يتعين على العملاء التسجيل في السحب بأنفسهم على البوابة الإلكترونية المخصصة لحملة "تسوق واربح"، وذلك من خلال مسح رمز الاستجابة السريعة (QR Code) المذكور على جميع المواد الترويجية داخل المول، وعلى البطاقات التعريفية عند صناديق الدفع في متاجر التجزئة المشاركة، وكذلك لدى مكتب خدمة العملاء في المول.
  5. سيتم قبول إيصالات التسوق من كارفور و ويتروس بقيمة لا تزيد عن 100 درهم على منصة "تسوق واربح". تُستثنى إيصالات مدفوعات فواتير الصرافة ومدفوعات فواتير مزودي الخدمات.
  6. الدخول في السحب الإلكتروني متاح للزوار الذين تبلغ أعمارهم 18 عامًا فما فوق فقط.

    تحتفظ إدارة مراكز الدار للتسوق بالحق في سحب الجائزة من أي فائز يقل عمره عن 18 عامًا.
  7. سيحصل الزوار على قسيمة إلكترونية واحدة مع كل حد أدنى للإنفاق في ياس مول خلال مدة العرض الترويجي.
  8. سيتم إجراء السحوبات الإلكترونية (e-draws) للجوائز اليومية خلال الفترة 10 إلى 23 مارس 2026. كما سيتم إجراء السحب الإلكتروني على الجائزة الكبرى بتاريخ 23 مارس 2026.
  9. خلال الفترة 10 مارس إلى 23 مارس 2026، سيتم اختيار ثلاثة فائزين يوميًا بالجوائز. كما سيتم اختيار فائز واحد بالجائزة الكبرى بتاريخ 23 مارس 2026.
  10. سيبلغ إجمالي عدد الفائزين 43 فائزًا فريدًا على مدار 14 يومًا.
  11. سيتم إجراء جميع السحوبات الإلكترونية الفورية من خلال نظام اختيار عشوائي عبر بوابة "تسوق واربح" بما يتوافق مع قواعد دائرة التنمية الاقتصادية في أبوظبي.
  12. سيتم الإشراف على جميع السحوبات من قبل دائرة التنمية الاقتصادية في أبوظبي.
  13. سيقوم فريق خدمة العملاء في ياس مول بإخطار الفائزين.
  14. يجب على الفائزين زيارة مكتب خدمة العملاء في ياس مول لإكمال إجراءات التحقق والمصادقة اللازمة لاستلام الجائزة.
  15. يلتزم الفائزون بالتقاط صور/مقاطع فيديو من قبل فريق ياس مول ليتم نشرها علنًا على صفحات وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي الخاصة بياس مول (إنستغرام، فيسبوك، يوتيوب.. إلخ).
  16. للمطالبة بالجائزة، سيُطلب من الفائزين تقديم إيصالات التسوق الأصلية (التي تم تحميلها للدخول في السحب)، بالإضافة إلى هوية سارية (الهوية الإماراتية أو جواز السفر) لدى مكتب خدمة العملاء في ياس مول للتحقق من دخولهم.
  17. تحتفظ إدارة مراكز الدار للتسوق بالحق في رفض مشاركة أو فوز الزوار في حال عدم استيفائهم لشروط وأحكام المشاركة.
  18. بمجرد إعلان العميل فائزًا، لا يحق له الفوز مرة أخرى خلال فترة العرض.
  19. لا يمكن استبدال الجوائز التي تم الفوز بها أو استرداد قيمتها النقدية بشكل كلي أو جزئي.
  20. لا يمكن استبدال أو تغيير أو مقايضة أو تحويل الجوائز التي تم ربحها.
  21. لن تتحمل إدارة مراكز الدار للتسوق المسؤولية عن أي خسارة أو تلف في الجوائز بعد استلامها من قبل الفائزين.
  22. ستتم مصادرة أي جوائز لم يطالب بها الفائزون بعد مرور 30 يومًا من إخطار الفوز عبر البريد الإلكتروني و/أو الرسائل النصية. وتتم المصادرة وفقًا للقوانين المعمول بها لدى دائرة التنمية الاقتصادية في أبوظبي (DED).
  23. سيتم استخدام بيانات الزوار التي تم جمعها أثناء المشاركة من قبل إدارة مراكز الدار للتسوق لأغراض التواصل مستقبلًا.
  24. موظفو مجموعة الدار وأي من موظفي متاجر المول، وأفراد أسرهم المباشرين، أو مورديهم المتعاقدين، ووكاالت الإعلان والعلاقات العامة غير مؤهلين للمشاركة في هذا العرض الترويجي.
  25. تحتفظ إدارة مراكز الدار للتسوق بالحق في حرمان أي من الفائزين من الجائزة حال الاشتباه في وقوع أي عملية احتيال أو مخالفات في معلومات الزائر المقدمة و/أو عدم الأهلية، وذلك بالتنسيق مع دائرة التنمية الاقتصادية في أبوظبي والسلطة المسؤولة في الموقع.
  26. يُعد قرار إدارة مراكز الدار للتسوق فيما يتعلق بأي جانب من جوانب السحب الإلكتروني الفوري نهائيًا وملزمًا لكل شخص يدخل السحب، ولن يتم قبول أي مراسلات، وذلك بالتنسيق مع دائرة التنمية الاقتصادية في أبوظبي.
  27. تحتفظ إدارة مراكز الدار للتسوق بالحق في إلغاء أو تعديل أي شروط وأحكام في أي وقت دون إشعار مسبق وبالتنسيق مع دائرة التنمية الاقتصادية في أبوظبي. وسيتم اعتبار أي تغييرات من هذا القبيل جزءًا من هذه الشروط والأحكام.
  28. لن تكون إدارة مراكز الدار للتسوق مسؤولة عن أي مشاركات لم يتم استلامها لأي سبب بحلول بداية العرض، سواء كانت مفقودة أو متأخرة أو تالفة أو غير ذلك، وسواء كان ذلك بسبب أي صعوبات أو أعطال فنية.
  29. من خلال الاشتراك في هذا العرض، يوافق العميل على جميع الشروط والأحكام المذكورة أعلاه.
